There will be lots of Christmas ideas to inspire as well as opportunities to taste some of the best produce from Hammond’s.

Chocolatier, Karen Hunnissett, will let you try some of the best hand made chocolate around from her company Simply Cocoa. New innovative flavours and designs include Almond Apricot and Pistachio, Orange Crunch and Eton Mess.
Karen will also be on hand to ‘personalize’ bars of chocolate with messages for any customers who fancy it. A great fun Christmas gift!

Stuart George from wine merchants Nickolls & Perks will be here to conduct a tasting of our new carefully selected stock of their wines for Christmas. Nickolls & Perks has been acclaimed by Which? Wine Guide as ‘The Bordeaux Wine Merchant Specialists of the UK’ and Stuart was Young WIne Writer of the Year in 2003 and Editor of the award-winning ‘Finest Wines of Tuscany and Central Italy’ and ‘Finest Wines of Champagne’.
Especially for Christmas our tasting includes a Chateau Lilian Cru Bourgeois Saint-Estephe 2009 which is an outstanding vintage and perhaps the greatest the Chateau has produced to date and a Joseph Douhin Pernand-Vegelesses Blanc 2011 which is a little gem of a Chardonnay and brilliant value for money.
We will also be tasting Christmas Puddings made by Nigel Barrow, an independent artisan producer from London. These stylish rustic and delicious Traditional and Vegetarian puddings are made from the finest ingredients and come supplied in the muslin needed for steaming.
We’ll also have an array of other goodies from around the World to excite your tastebuds as you look forward to the Festive Season!
