For just £5, our resident expert, Jerome will mix you the perfect combination of

2 oz of Evan Williams Extra aged Bourbon Whiskey
1/4 oz Evan Williams Honey Reserve Bourbon Liqueur to add sweetness if you like,
a splash of Angostura Bitters
the zest of an orange
few chunky ice cubes
a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry to garnish.

A treat for the eyes, as well as the palate!

The origins of  this cocktail date back to the 19th Century and despite its name never goes out of fashion, equally suiting men and women.
